Sony.com is the gateway site for Sony Corporation of America channeling millions of consumers to the destination that best suits their needs. In addition to serving a large global audience, the site is a gateway to supporting its own major business and strong sub-brands. For over a decade, we engaged in evolving iterations of their primary .com presence.
We led qualitative & quantitative research projects to determine which elements were most important to consumers and developed a brand positioning structure to satisfy consumer goals as well as corporate interests. We worked together to evaluate analytics, conducted follow up research to support major and minor updates to keep current with expectations and technology. We partnered with other firm stakeholders and spearheaded global location filters that would best support customer goals.
Our engagement included: Brand positioning & strategy, regular homepage design, qualitative & quantitative research, analytics, evaluation, language translation management, event preparation, print and video material creation/editing, forecasting and modelling.
